In our wellness unit, we dedicated time to reflect on our feelings of gratitude during a group wellness summative presentation. Through this experience, I learned the importance of acknowledging and appreciating the sources of happiness in our lives, especially during difficult times, to cultivate and maintain a positive mindset.
I am thankful for every aspect of my life, from my upbringing to the fortunate opportunities that have come my way, and especially for my unwavering support system consisting of my friends and family who constantly cheer me on. Here is a collage of some of the people and things I am grateful for:
